She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Cwalina and Leokadia Niebrzdowski Cwalina; her former husband Edward B. Hajna; her siblings, Joseph, Jean, Stephanie, Ida, Mary, Agnes, Judith and Donald; and her stepson Ernest.
She is survived by: her husband Henry; and her stepsons, Henry Jr. (Valerie) of Gurnee, IL., Donald of Bridgeport, CT. and Michael (Rebecca) of New Haven, CT.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael Church in memory of Ann.
