He was predeceased by: his wife Abigail Roman; and his parents, Benito Cintron and Evangelista Cintron. He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Cintron, Jr. (Ivette) and Ingrid Cintron (Julio Rivera); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Tai Yashi, Michael, Jasmine and Ingrid Marie; his great grandchild Emmanuel; his stepsiblings, Esteban and Dimara; Abimary.
