She was predeceased by: her father Jose Antonio Ortiz. She is survived by: her mother Maria Montalvo; her partner Mislael Cruz; and her children, Elizabeth Cuevas, Jennifer Cuevas, Juan Cuevas, Vanessa Gonzalez and Tommy Gonzalez. She is also survived by siblings and other relatives and friends.
