Stephanie Wadejko Zuiewski wrote a sympathy message

“I am saddened to hear of Carl's passing. I was Carl's Home Care Visiting Nurse. What I absolutely loved about Carl was his silly sense of humor, love of politics, history and current events. Mr. McKinney was my "go to" person to stay informed on current events. We talked southern cooking, old school Bpt. etc. I looked forward to my visits with Carl as well as seeing his wife. They were good-down to earth folk. I will miss him dearly. It was my honor to be your Nurse. RIP Mr. McKinney.”
