He was predeceased by: his parents, Mercedes Perez and Feliciano Rosario; and his siblings, Lucila Rodríguez, Julia Luquez, Carmen Rosario and Ana Perez.
He is survived by: his wife Iris T. Rosario; his children, Carlos Rosario Jr. (Tammy), Luis Rosario (Lucy), Judy Rosario (David Rivera), David Rosario (Ivelisse), Tom Rosario and Melissa Rosario; and his siblings, Angel Rosario, Antonia Calderas, Rafael Rosario and Maria Santos. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
