As Charles departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Charles leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Dolores; and his parents, Ann May Blaze and Charles Joseph Dougiello. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his siblings, Ron and Charlene Ann; his sons, David and Charles Joseph; and his stepchildren, Kathy Tommy and Stanley. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
