He is survived by: his mother Nancy Blackwell-Todd of Bridgeport, CT.; his sisters, Naakai Green-Breeland (Derrick) of Trumbull, CT, Leigh-AnnTodd-Enyame (John) of Fairfield, CT and Zoe O. Enyame; his nephew Owen Z. Enyame of Fairfield, CT; his aunts and uncles, Jack White (Iris) of York, PA, Luther Blackwell Jr. (Sharon) of New Haven, CT, RubyPatricia Blackwell-Hall (late Larnzie) of Stamford, CT, Christine Blackwell-Dickson (late Charles), Elizabeth Blackwell of Stratford, CT and Jennifer Blackwell-Berrios (Michael) of Deltona, FL; his sisters-in-law, Rachel Baker-Blackwell (late Lawrence) of Boynton Beach, FL and Charlene (Cummings); and his aunts, Thelma Holman (Thaddeus) of Stamford, CT, Helen Todd of Norwalk, CT and Arlean Smith (Morrison) of Kenbridge, VA. He is also survived by loving cousins, extended families, other relatives, and beloved friends. Charles was a loving son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, godfather, and friend.
