He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Sue Robinson McNeil and Bill Sarvis; and his siblings, Clara Mae Brock, Annette Johnson Williams and Joe Franklin McNeil.
He is survived by: his son Malachi Marcus Regans of Tar Heel, NC; and his siblings, Diane McNeil, Margaret McNeil, Gloria McNeil, Pansy McNeil of Bridgeport, CT, Sharron McNeil Gardener of Myrtle Beach, Daphne Johnson of Marion, SC and Jimmy Lee McNeil.
