He was predeceased by: his father George Johnson; his wife Margaret Mary Foley; his son Terrence; his brother Robert; and his sister-in-law Margaret Moriarty Johnson (Peg).
He is survived by: his sister Lorraine Burke (Thomas); his sister-in-law Dolores Mazzucco; and his children, Tom Johnson (Dora), Meg DeMott (Roy) and Peter Johnson. He is also survived by grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, a niece and several nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
