She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Montgomery and Thomas Montgomery. She is survived by: her children, Kareem, Shana, Shadaya, Sasha and Justice; her stepson Donnell Jr.; her grandchildren, Jusieer, Rahyal, Mirakle and Dayanni; and her close friend Donnell Brown.
