He was predeceased by: his parents, Idalia Guirand and Jean Lorthe; and his siblings, Therese, Raymond and Robert.
He is survived by: his children, Francoise Lorthe, Evens Lorthe, Naika Lorthe and Rodney Lorthe; his grandchildren, Monifa Brown, Isabella Aurelus, Naeva Francois-Lorthe, Lethicia Phillipe and Naythan Jacques; his sisters, Olina Lorthe and Marie Lorthe (Zette); his brother-in-law Dominique Guirand; and his siblings' children, Yves, Pierre, Wilvire, Yanick, Francky, Dominique Jr., Shelly and Stanley. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
