He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred R. Douglas, and Helen Douglas, Sr. (Mulligan); his wife Bonnie Douglas (Campbell); his daughter Dianna Douglas; and his sister-in-law Patricia Douglas.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Douglas and Christine Karolus (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Kaila Manner, Ashton Danz-Manner, Ava Karolus and Lily Karolus; and his brother Richard Douglas. He is also survived by niece and two nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home (419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A prayer was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Oaklawn Cemetery (1530 Bronson Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824).
