He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Spadaccino and Evelyn Spadaccino; his son Frederick B. Spadaccino Jr.; and his brothers, Patrick Spadaccino and Salvatore Spadaccino.
He is survived by: his children, Salvatore Spadaccino and Diana Cortello (Louis); the mother of his children Sandra Spadaccino; his sister Marianne Godfrey (Henry); his grandsons, Louis Cortello Jr. and Anthony Cortello; and his sister-in-law Michelle Spadaccino. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
