He is survived by: his children, Jason Payne Jr. of Georgia, Anaia Payne of Georgia and Aqailah Payne of Georgia; his grandchildren, Jace, Sarai, Logan, Londyn and Kylie; his siblings, Lois A. Payne-Slade (Darrell), Valerie J. Payne and Gregory K. Payne of Connecticut; his niece Manya L. Payne-Carrion; and his aunt Gennie Muse. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many cousins, and a wide circle of special friends.
