She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Ruff and Irene McDowell Ruff; her siblings, Kathleen Dillon, Janice Laskay, Laraine Korpany, Robert, Donald, Kenneth and Richard Ruff; and her daughter Judith Ann Chagnon.
She is survived by: her husband James Frances Stone; her children, Wendy Jean Vezina (Gabriel) of Stratford, James F. Stone III (Izabella) of California and Linda Lee Petri of Texas; her grandchildren, Leann, Anthony Vezina, Bianca, Nicholas Stone, Karen, David Chagnon, Noelle, Ian, Lea and Laura Petri; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Iyanna and Eli Chagnon; her son-in-law Mark Joseph Chagnon; and her son David Brian Stone.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Union Cemetery (23 Temple Ct, Stratford, CT 06615).
