We are sad to announce that, on March 26, 2023, at the age of 83, John Albert Eldridge Sr. (Bridgeport, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Oliver Eldridge and Velma Monk Eldridge; his wife Tracey; and his siblings, William Henry Eldridge, Dorothy Sanders and Wyona Eldridge.
He is survived by: his children, Gwen Moody, Dawn Skipworth (Cornelius), John Jr. (Chineta), Rother (Stacey) and Glenn (Wilma); his sisters, Margaret Young (Allen) and Barbara Jean Woods (William); his friend Zora Denny; and his godson Jordan Dickens. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
