He is survived by: his wife Irene Barr; his children, Kenneth Barr of Shelton, Patti Barr and Sandi Hotchkiss (Jim) of Odessa, FL.; and his grandchildren, Jesse of Florida, Mandy of Florida, Taylor Hotchkiss of Florida and Joshua Barr Clomiro of Florida. He is also survived by six nieces and six nephews.
