He is survived by: his children, Cachet Dicks Brown, Grace Sullivan, Joseph Dicks III and William Major Sullivan; and his siblings, Cathy Dicks, Angela Winstead (Ronald) and Robert Dicks. He is also survived by grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
