He is survived by: his wife Cathy Faustine Machol of Vincent's Medical Center; his children, Joseph Machol, Steven Machol, Donna Stern (Jason), Kerry Machol and Patty Machol; his siblings, Maureen Johnsen, Kenneth Machol and Michael Machol (Karen); his nieces, Laurie Ramos and Rose Machol; his pet Pandora; Judy Faustine.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to cover funeral, medical, and financial expenses.
