He is survived by: his brother Wilson; his children, Johnny Valentín (Madeline), Shelly Valentin-Ramos (Edwin), Juan Valentín Jr., Jose Luis Valentín, Jenny Valentín and Yesenia Reyes; and his grandchildren, Jacqueline Bullard (Kenny), Matthew Marchio, Alexa Valentín, Andrew Valentín, Jennifer Rivera, Sean Riley, Alexander Gonzalez, Mariana Diaz, Kenneth Jackson, Aaden Valentín, Jada Padilla, Zackery Serrano, Angelani Serrano and Collagio Serrano.
