Though Julio may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Julio leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sixto Garcia and Ana M. Arce. He is survived by: his wife Aida Luz Burgos; his daughter Mayra Garcia of Vega Alta; his grandchildren, Rafael Lagares, Brenda Lagares and Brenmarie Lagares; and his siblings, Edwin Garcia and Judith Garcia.
