He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Ann McCoullough-Rowe; and his parents, Ella-Mae Rowe and Charlie Rowe. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Rowe; his granddaughter Monaya Cabble; and his siblings, Percy, Harold, Willie Rowe and Charlene Rowe. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
