Lois T. Pohorence Obituary

She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Pohorence; her parents, Mario Pizighelli and Louise Pizighelli (Rodia); her son Robert Pohorence; and her sister Carmel Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Ugalde (Julio), Edward Pohorence (Jen), Lois Cretella (Louis), David Pohorence (Shannon), James Pohorence (Tina) and Lori Godin (Darren); and her siblings, Martin Pizighelli (Elna), Judy Politano and Tony Pizighelli (Julie). She is also survived by her 20 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Buckmiller Ford Mengacci Funeral Home (82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck, CT 06770). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (318 Church St, Naugatuck, CT 06770). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Michael's Cemetery (2205 Stratford Ave, Stratford, CT 06615).
