She is survived by: her parent Elisa Montanez; her daughter Donna Gutierrez; and her siblings, Anthony Diaz, Diana Diaz, Linda Diaz Rivera, Carmen DelMonte and Luisa Guzman. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
