He was predeceased by: his sister Nelly Hernandez. He is survived by: his siblings, Rosa Juarbe, Iris Crespo, Gilberto Juarbe, Heriberto Juarbe and Ralphy Juarbe; his children, Alexandra Juarbe, Luis Juarbe, Stacy Juarbe, Samantha Smajla, Jordan Juarbe and Kamishely Juarbe; his grandchildren, Dondre Nesmith, Jacob Morales (Hailey Garcia) and Arthur Blackwell; his great grandchild Nesmith; and his grandchildren, Cortez Juarbe, Isaius Juarbe, Amiah Lynette Rodriguez, Gabriel Luis Rodriguez, Miracle Turner and Kameron Javier Juarbe. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchild.
