It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luis Javier Juarbe of Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on May 9, 2026, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Nelly Hernandez. He is survived by: his siblings, Rosa Juarbe, Iris Crespo, Gilberto Juarbe, Heriberto Juarbe and Ralphy Juarbe; his children, Alexandra Juarbe, Luis Juarbe, Stacy Juarbe, Samantha Smajla, Jordan Juarbe and Kamishely Juarbe; his grandchildren, Dondre Nesmith, Jacob Morales (Hailey Garcia) and Arthur Blackwell; his great grandchild Nesmith; and his grandchildren, Cortez Juarbe, Isaius Juarbe, Amiah Lynette Rodriguez, Gabriel Luis Rodriguez, Miracle Turner and Kameron Javier Juarbe. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchild.
Viewing was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Community Funeral Chapels (798 Park Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06604). A burial was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery (880 Boston Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06610).
