He is survived by: his wife Maria Ayala; his children, Ileana Ayala (Nelson), Sonia Hernandez (Rafael) and Kelvin Ayala; his grandchildren, Leonel Oyola, Arelis Oyola, Giovanny Hernandez, Mali Ayala and Janai Ayala; and his siblings, Mary Fonseca, Angel Ayala and Jesus Ayala.
