She is survived by: her significant other Tony Cotto; her children, Michael Gray, Christopher Gray, Jenny Gray and Maritza Gray Medina; her daughters-in-law, Alejandrina Claussell Gray and Maria Dominguez Gray; her grandchildren, Michael Gray, Romeo Gray (Asha Venugopalan), Cesar Gray, Raymond Emani Medina, Christopher Dominguez Gray, Cecilia Dominguez Gray, Anjeli Rodriguez, Juan Medina Jr. and Julian Medina; and her brothers, Tony Molina (Lucy) and Francisco Perez.
Viewing was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stephen's Episcopal Church (419 Shawmut Ave, Boston, MA 02118). A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
Donations may also be made in Maria's memory to St. Stephen's Episcopal Church or to St. Stephen's Youth Programs, which have been an important part of the lives of many of her grandchildren.
