We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2025, at the age of 86, Maria Virginia Rosario (Bridgeport, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Maria leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her son Ángel Gilberto De Jesús; and her parent Rafael Rosario. She is survived by: her sister Santa Rosario; and her children, Felix Manuel Cabrera, Maria Ester Cabrera, María Elsa De Jesús, Luz De Jesús, Carmen Rosario, José García, Luis Daniel García, Rosemary García, Magaly García and Eliazar Crespo. She is also survived by 14 loving children, along with numerous grandchildren, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Community Funeral Chapels (798 Park Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06604).
