She was predeceased by: her spouse Teodosio M. Ortega-Perez; and her siblings, Andrea, Eduvigis and Fernando Rivera Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Oscar I. Ortega, Madelyn Ortega Rayo, Enid O. Tyson of First Sergeant, U. S, Marine Corps, Carlos Ortega, David Ortega and Marina; and her sisters, Gloria, Clara and Luz Rivera. She is also survived by many friends, other relatives.
