It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mario Licona of Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on September 28, 2024, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Mario departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mario may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mario leaves behind.
He is survived by: his parents, Juan Angel Licona (Maria Engracias Torres) and Mario; his wife Jenny Licona; his children, Mario Javier Licona, Christian Licona and Ariana Licona; and his grandchildren, Elaina Licona and Cataleya Licona.
