He was predeceased by: his wife Ho Chanla. He is survived by: his children, Khamphui Boulom, Phousavat Boulom, Sourisack (Seevanh Chanla), Somvilay (Somsack Chanla), Setsvyan Chanla, Chanthave Chanla, Sisomphone Chanla, Vonisvisith (Devon Chanla), Mitmaytry Chanla, Thiraphang (Andrea Chanla) and Vongvirath (Phovieng Chanla). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
