He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Fletcher and Karen Macol Fletcher; and his former wife Deneen Lage Fletcher. He is survived by: his grandchild Middle Eastern; his wife Kathy; his daughters, Kelly Paris (Michael), Ashley Aguiar (Michael) and Lindsay Fletcher (Frank Diaz); his stepchildren, Jennifer Carlson and David Lage; his grandchildren, Mariella, Michael, Lilliana Aguiar, Layla Paris, Jacob, Nevaeh and Jalei Diaz; his sisters, Patricia Boros (Gary) and Robin Jones (Peter); and his sister-in-law Elvira McLachlan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Nicholas Church in memory of Michael.
