It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael L. Carter of Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on January 20, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Carter and Arline Kline Carter; his brother-in-law Louis Ruggiero; his sisters, Judith Alexander and Eva Klembara; and his brother-in-law Whitney Kerr.

He is survived by: his wife Christine Ruggiero Carter; his siblings-in-law, Dominic Ruggiero (Dawn) of Fairfield, Carol Ruggiero of Bridgeport and Diana Davis Ruggiero; his niece Juliana Rose Ruggiero of Hamden; his siblings, Clarence Carter (Janice) of Woodmont and Shirley Kerr of Monroe; his close friend Gary; Mark, Bill, Matt and Frankie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
