She was predeceased by : her mother Bertila Gonzalez. She is survived by : her father Leonidas Amaya; her husband Quevin Hernandez; her children, Daniela Nea Hernandez, Isabela Nea Hernandez and Eliam Ithail Hernandez; and her siblings, Lorena Amaya, Elmer Amaya, Silpa Jimenez Gonzalez, Jacqueline Amaya Ramirez, Bryan Amaya and Maria Hernandez.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM and on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Covenant Church of Easton (1 Sport Hill Rd, Easton, CT 06612). A burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. John the Baptist Cemetery (2610 Nichols Ave, Stratford, CT 06614).
