She was predeceased by: her parents, Esteban Rivera and Rosa M. Maldonado; and her brother Luis A. Perez. She is survived by: her husband Hector D. Velez; her son David Martinez (Tommy Rodriguez); her grandson Jonathan Valle Maldonado; and her stepdaughter Kelsea C. Velez.
