He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Carrasquillo Ortiz and Guadalupe Beauchamp. He is survived by: his children, Nelson Jr. (Lynn) and Victoria; his grandchildren, Damion, Dearyn and Armani; his siblings, Carmen, Jose Jr. and Minerva (Carmen); Amora. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as his church family.
