He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Perez and Dolores Martinez; and his significant other Patrick Gorrell. He is survived by: his stepfather Carlos Martinez; his sister Millie Perez; and his niece Tanya Hovanec (Michael). He is also survived by great nieces and nephew.
