He is survived by: his wife Wendy Earlene Chase-Lewis; his children, Patrick Lewis Jr. and Nyree Simone Lewis; his grandson Noel Sincere Lewis; his daughter Jorgieliz Casanova of New Haven; his mother Priscilla Lewis-Swinton of Ocala, Florida; his stepmother Liz Moore-Bates of Alabama; and his siblings, Clarence Brodie of Connecticut, Heath Crawford Jr. (Valerie), Jacob Swinton (Crystal), Timothy Swinton Sr. (Star) of Fl, Esther Swinton of Fl, Crystal West (Johnathan) of North Carolina, Jacqueline Mayes of North Carolina and Juanita Crawford of North Carolina. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.
