With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rafael A. Cotto of Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on March 3, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Rafael Angel Cotto Sr. and Virginia Santiago Patron; and his son Carlos Cepeda. He is survived by : his sisters, Ana Ortiz of Bridgeport and Jennie Morales of Florida; and his children, Dawn Cotto of Bridgeport, Heather Cotto of Bridgeport, Angelique Cotto of Ansonia, Jaimie Arroyo of Trumbull, Carol Arroyo of Stafford Springs, Demostenes Arroyo Jr. of Bridgeport, Christian Arroyo of Bridgeport and Luis Cepeda of Bridgeport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and nine beautiful grandchildren.
