Chinnis; his father-in-law Reverend Levy Gay; his wife Shona Gay Seabrook; his children, Reginald Robert Seabrook II and Ifara Seabrook Brooks (Curtis); his siblings, Marjorie Florence Moore (Clifton), Cornelius Ernest Seabrook (Cynthia), James Charles Seabrook (Mary), Bernard Kenneth Seabrook (Linda) and Harold Seabrook (Blondale); his grandchildren, Layla, Christopher, Amya, Zyon, Jaedyn, Jacob and Julia; and his mother-in-law Janice Gay. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews as well as extended family and friends.
