She was predeceased by: her sister Elizabeth Weber. She is survived by: her children, Michael Kinik (Stephanie) and Jeni Sims (Mark); her grandchildren, Michael, Ryan, Thomas, Andrew and Julia; and her brother Joseph Weber.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude or St. Vincent's Medical Center Foundation.
