He was predeceased by: his father Sam Mills. He is survived by: his mother Betty Mills; his sister Debbie Harrick; and his daughter Jessica Mills.
In lieu of flowers and/or memorial donations, Sam's daughter Jessica, asks that donations be made, in memory of Sam, to the American Diabetes Association to help raise awareness and end the diabetes epidemic.
