He is survived by: his parent Maria Garcia; his spouse Carmen Moore Hernandez; his siblings, William Bernard (Virginia), Angel Bernard (Diana), Norma Roberts (Marshall) and Christopher Moore; his sons, Teddy Moore Jr. and Christopher Moore; and his grandson Valin Moore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
