It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Andreev of Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on October 27, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Vera's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Vera has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
A prayer will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Christ Russian Orthodox Church (5 Wheeler Terrace, Stratford, CT 06614). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the St. John's Cemetery (500 Moose Hill Rd, Monroe, CT 06468).
