He was predeceased by: his parents, Luigi Guarda and Maria Guarda (Mastroianni). He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Guarda Jr. (Lisa) of Plainville, Kenneth Guarda of Bristol, Luigi Guarda of Bristol and Michael Guarda (Lisa) of Southington; and his siblings, Vincent Guarda of Bristol, Johnny Guarda of Bristol, Connie Hitt of New Jersey and Carmella Nocera of Bristol. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Funk Funeral Home (35 Bellevue Ave, Bristol, CT 06010). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and at 10:00 AM.
