He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kasper and Irene Kasper; and his sister Marcia Holmes. He is survived by: his daughter Meghan; his son-in-law Marc Fitzgerald; his grandchildren, Samuel of Midlothian, Virginia, Molly of Midlothian, Virginia and Charlie Fitzgerald of Midlothian, Virginia; his sister Sandra Kasper of Canton, Connecticut; and his nephew Kristopher Holmes of Lake Wylie.
