He is survived by: his sibling's children, Mark Rouleau (Christine) and Michelle Collins (Jim); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chris Collins (Nicole), Sean Collins (Kate), Emily Rouleau and Jennie Gore (Adam); and also, Ellie, Abby, Gio and Nico.
