He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Masini (Fairchild); his parents, Charles S. Masini-Piwowarczyk and Marion Masini-Piwowarczyk (Robinson); his siblings, Kevin and Jayne Masini; and his brother-in-law Frederick Grindle.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles "Chip" Masini (Kristin) of Granby, CT and Matthew Masini of Bristol; his grandchildren, Trysten, Alyssia and Kristian Masini; his sister Joan Grindle of Waterford; and his sister-in-law Gail Eaton (Allen) of Farmington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
