She was predeceased by: her husband Pasquale J. D'Amato (PJ); her parents, Frank Pitaro and Caterina Pitaro (Macri); her son Alphonse D'Amato; and her siblings, Josephine Duquette, Anthony Pitaro and Marie Monico.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara O'Neill (Daniel Jr.) of Bristol, Mickey D'Amato (Lisa) of Bristol and James D'Amato (Susan) of Southington; and her daughter-in-law Kathleen D'Amato of Bristol. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
