He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Dubay and Agnes Dubay (Dionne); his son-in-law Mark Hazelton; and his siblings, Roger Dubay, Roland Dubay, Leo James Dubay, Beatrice Rossignol and Yvette Nadeau.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Dubay (Chartier); his children, Clarence J. Dubay, Jr. of Bristol, Kenneth Dubay (Lisa) of Waterford, Belinda Hazelton of Bristol and Teresa Fiorillo (Ron LaFountain) of Bristol; his grandchildren, Nina Dubay, Jennifer Cole (Brad), Jon Hazelton (Trish), Michael Fiorillo, James Dubay (Chanel), Paul Dubay and Miranda Hazelton; his great grandchildren, Sophia Cole, Charlotte Cole, Olivia Peach, Mark Hazelton, Margaret Hazelton, Lucas Dubay and Gianni Dubay; and his siblings, Rita Facchini, Cecile Martin of Bristol, Jeanette Noe, Fidele Dubay (Nel) of Bristol and Philip Dubay. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
